RETURN POLICY

 

-We offer exchange or store credit within 7 days of your order. 
 

-The customer is required to cover return shipping fees
 

-Email us at info@notsonaked.ca to get the return approve or to arrange for an exchange. An R/A number number will be issued for the return. Items without an RA number will not be accepted.
 

-All returns must have original tags attached, and be in the original condition as it was when shipped, with no signs of wear or wash.
 

- If COD charges are incurred when we receive your returned item(s), the items will not be accepted.
 

- The following items are not accepted for return or exchange under any circumstances: sale items, intimates, bras, bralettes, panties, bodysuits, sunglasses and jewelry.
 

- We have the right to refuse any return, if it does not meet our return policy standards.
 

- Please note, we are not accountable for any orders that have been marked as delivered or where delivery attempts have been made.
